User Configurations include multiple doctor selection, reason for visit, employee number, insurance changes, payment selection or quick print visitor badges.   Eight user configured questions can be displayed on the signature pad with thirty answers to select from.

Report Utility searches on sign-in date and/or name, generating sign in sheets with  Names & Date/Time Stamped Signatures.  Sign In Sheets can be displayed, printed or an Adobe PDF file can be created. Optional CSV reports are easily created.
