eSignInSheet is a HIPAA compliant sign in software system replacing the paper sign in sheet.   Easily configured for any sign-in desk, such as, medical centers for patient sign in, reception desks as the Visitor Log Book or capturing multiple Rx Numbers with the customer's signature at the Pharmacy.

Sigmark's eSignInSheet Software, it captures patient, employee or visitor signatures and completes the sign in sheet process by displaying  the name and sign in time on the monitor in waiting list format. 
 
User Configurations include touch screen options, such as, multiple doctor selection, reason for visit, patient number, insurance changes and/or payment selection.   Eight user configured intake questions can be displayed on the signature pad with ten pre-selected answers or customer's choice answers.

Report Utility searches on date and/or name, generating sign in sheets with  Names & Date/Time Stamped Signatures.  Sign In Sheets can be displayed, printed or an Adobe PDF file can be created.
