Sign In Sheet Software Review

Patient Sign In / Out Sheet:

    HIPAA Compliant -
The patient sign in sheet operates from the signature pad without staff assistance. At the patient sign in desk, a
Topaz Signature Pad is present and connected to a Windows computer or network that is running eSignInSheet Software. The patient enters the office, is directed to the signature pad and follows the instructions on the pad screen. The standard configuration prompts them to enter up to four letters of the patient's last name followed by the patient's six digit date of birth. The software retrieves the patient name from the database and prompts the patient to "sign-in” on the "X". The  name with the date/time appear on the computer monitor in a list for the staff to follow. The information is encrypted and saved to the database.

    User Configurations
that come with this version are: Multi-Doctor Select, 8 User intake questions (e.g. Type of insurance?, Type of payment? or Reason for visit?), network ready and multiple pad setup. Turn on Patient sign out to track total time in the building.

Reports on previous signatures is an easy process. From the main menu of eSignInSheet, open the report utility and enter a date range and the software will display a list of all the patient’s names, signatures and intake information for the given dates. Or from the same utility select one patient and all the signatures of that patient with their date/time stamp will be appear on the screen. The utility allows you to save these lists as Adobe PDF files or print them.

Rx Log at the Pharmacy
:

This version of the sign in sheet software is at the prescription check out counter. The POS Barcode Reader and the Topaz Signature Pad  are present and connected to a Windows computer or network that is running eSignInSheet Rx Signature Log. The clerk uses the barcode reader to scan one or multiple prescription barcode numbers into the software and then asks the customer to sign their name on the Topaz Signature Pad. The software mates the barcode numbers and the signature along with the date/time stamp from the computer system and saves the ecrypted information to the database.

This information can be retrieved at a later date by going to the main menu of eSignInSheet and using the report utility. The report utility will search for an individual prescription number with signature or for all prescription numbers dispensed on a given date with their signatures. The information is then displayed on the monitor with options to print it or create an Adobe PDF file for electronic transmission.

Visitor Sign In Log:

The visitor version operates from a touch screen Topaz Signature Pad.  The standard configuration is at the reception desk where a Topaz Signature Pad is connected to a Windows computer or network, running eSignInSheet Visitor Management Software. The visitor is directed to sign in at the Topaz Signature Pad. The visitor enters their name from the alpha screen and then signs in. The  name with date/ time stamped signature are saved to the database. The list of visitors appears on the computer monitor for the receptionist to follow.

User Configurations available with  the visitor log version include: Card ID swipe (e.g. driver's license or company issued ID), print photo badge and record sign out time. Also, 8 user questions are available to ask at sign in (e.g. Do you have an appointment?, Employee ID number?, Reason for your visit?). Use an assigned ID number to allow repeat visitors rapid sign in.

Reports: At the main menu, open the report utility and enter a date range and the software will display a list of names and signatures for the given dates. You may also report on information collected or an individual's name. The utility allows you to save these reports as an Adobe PDF file or print them.
